Data we process
Depending on how you use the website, we may process:
- your name, email address, optional telephone number, and message when you use the contact form;
- your email address when you subscribe to the newsletter;
- the information requested and submitted through the festival registration form;
- your language, source page, and technical information needed to route, secure, and diagnose a request;
- analytics information about visits, devices, navigation, and interactions when you consent to analytics cookies.
Please do not include sensitive or unnecessary personal information in free-text fields.
Purposes and legal bases
We process contact and registration information to answer requests, manage festival participation, provide requested information, and take steps before entering into an agreement. We may also retain necessary communications based on our legitimate interest in administering the event and defending legal claims.
We send newsletters only with consent. You can unsubscribe using the link included in each message.
We use Google Analytics only with cookie consent to understand and improve the website. Necessary technical processing supports security, request delivery, and the consent choices requested by visitors.
We process data required by law when a legal obligation applies.
Service providers and external forms
We may use hosting, infrastructure, communications, and contact-management providers that process data on our behalf under appropriate contractual safeguards.
The newsletter form is operated through Mailchimp. Festival registration opens Google Forms, where the fields and Google’s notices are shown before submission. These services may process data under their own terms as well as on our behalf where applicable:
The website also links to WhatsApp, Instagram, Facebook, YouTube, maps, and other third-party services. Opening those links is voluntary and the destination service applies its own privacy policy.
We do not sell personal data.
International transfers
Some technology providers may process data outside the European Economic Area. Where required, processing must rely on an adequacy decision, the EU Standard Contractual Clauses, or another valid transfer mechanism with appropriate safeguards.
Retention
Contact and registration information is retained for the time needed to manage the request or event and then for the periods required to meet legal obligations or establish, exercise, or defend claims.
Newsletter data is retained until you unsubscribe or withdraw consent, subject to the minimum suppression record needed to respect that choice. Consent preferences are stored for 180 days. Analytics retention follows the configured Google Analytics controls and applies only after consent.
